All confirmed email orders are binding.

By creating an account and purchasing from VitaliTea, you agree to direct debits for subscription or business orders. The direct debit name appearing on your bank statements may differ from “VitaliTea” and may be under the name of our parent organization or associated entities.

At vitaliTea, the fulfillment of subscription orders is contingent upon the successful processing of scheduled subscription payments. In instances where a subscription payment fails or is declined, the corresponding shipment for that subscription cycle will not be dispatched. It is incumbent upon the subscriber to ensure their payment details are current and that sufficient funds are available for each scheduled payment. Subscribers will be notified of any payment issues and must resolve such issues for subscription services to continue uninterrupted. Subscription deliveries will resume once the outstanding payment is successfully processed. Subscriptions can be modified by contacting us via email. VitaliTea reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel subscriptions based on stock and customer requests.
